About the Event

"Understanding how to find the magic moments in your daily life is critical. If you subscribe to the philosophy that says, “My vacation will free me from burnout,” then you`re waiting for a few days out of the year to make up for many days of stress. Instead, you have to be able to take mini-vacations on a daily basis.” ~ Tony Robbins

Burnout is real, and since 2020 working parents have really struggled with the demands of their jobs, childcare, maintaining a household, their sanity  and the uncertainty of it all.

Dr. Susan Landers suffered from career burnout after 32 years of practicing in the NICU. She now serves to educate others about this condition. She has valuable experience, and recovered using effective methods to foster her own mental health.

Join us on Tuesday, March 8th as Susan will discuss the risk factors for and causes of burnour, and effective methods to treat and prevent career burnout.
