The Motherhood Village
Educate. Empower. Support.
Your new role as a mama should be met with confidence and reassurance that you are providing your baby with the best, and The Motherhood Village is here to educate, empower and support you along your journey.
For months, we take time to prepare and educate ourselves on this new adventure of motherhood. However, once the baby is born we're still left with questions and need all the help we can get. As new mothers, we want to make sure that our children are nurtured and cared for in the best way. The absolute best is and should always be provided for them.
The Motherhood Village was created to be a resource for the motherhood community. Starting with the podcast, Mamas Know Best We Got Something to Say, where honest, raw and real conversations about the challenges mothers face and possible solutions to overcome them are discussed. There is an immense need for parenting resources within our community. From birthing courses to workshops, and postpartum support groups we help our new mamas by providing them with the support and resources needed for their family.
Women should have a sense of empowerment as they begin to experience these life-changing moments and no one mother has it all figured out. However, the more informed we are; the better decisions we can make that will positively affect us and our family. Now and for their future.
Nicole is a proud mother to a 4-year-old boy. She believes research and education are important to the foundation of parenthood, along with, having a strong support system. Nicole also believes all mamas should have a choice in how they birth (if they’re having a low risk, healthy pregnancy) and raise their children. We should not have to conform to what society says we should or shouldn't do because mothers instinctually know what's best for their families.
