Catch Your Breath, Mama - Parenting Workshop

We hope you can join our “Catch Your Breath, Mama” workshop on Thursday, August 31, from 6:30p – 8:00p.

Nicole Cumberbatch of The Motherhood Village is partnering with Conscious Parenting Coach, Jessica Hausknecht for an empowering parenting workshop! 

Jessica, will share four secrets parents need to know to take the “craziness” of parenting towards “connection” instead.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

• How to handle your child’s big emotions
• Discover the real reason your child doesn’t listen the first time
• Prevent your child from low self-esteem, anxiety, and peer pressure
• Learn what your child wants more than anything but doesn’t know how to tell you

Jessica is also a certified Yoga Teacher, so we will begin with intention-setting, heart-centered movement, and breathwork to

remove our unconscious barriers to connection (no mat needed).

Investment: $15 includes workshop and snacks.

Jessica is the Founder of the Find My ZenFam movement. Jessica’s mission is to standardize parenting training for all parents.
