Join us for a sweet morning of movement, music, and meaningful connection designed especially for moms (or caregivers) and their little ones ages 0–5.
This Mommy & Me Yoga Playdate blends gentle, interactive yoga with playful connection time, helping little ones build body awareness, confidence, and calm — while giving moms space to slow down, breathe, and bond.
What the Morning Looks Like:
🧘♀️ 10:00–10:50am – Interactive Yoga Class
A playful, age-appropriate yoga experience designed just for littles and their grown-ups. Expect songs, movement, imagination, and lots of smiles.
