Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admintmv@themotherhoodvillage.com. Memberships: Cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid charges. Events, Workshops & Classes: Cancel at least 48 hours for a refund or credit, minus fees. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. No verbal or social media cancellations will be accepted. For questions, email us at admintmv@themotherhoodvillage.com. 50% Off Membership Policy By using any promotional code, you agree to a minimum 3-month membership commitment. The discounted rate applies for the first three months. After that, your membership will renew at the standard rate. Cancellations may only be requested after the initial 3-month period, with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
